Website Chat Assistant
Our website offers an automated chat assistant that answers general questions about our studio and services. It is powered by a third-party artificial-intelligence provider (Anthropic), and the messages you type are sent to that provider to generate replies. We do not use the assistant to collect personal information and do not save chat conversations; your conversation is kept only in your own browser tab until you close it. The assistant cannot book appointments and does not provide medical advice — please do not share health or other sensitive personal information in the chat. Forms, Newsletter and Job Applications
When you send us a message, join our newsletter, ask to be notified about future programs or apply for a job through this website, the details you enter (and any résumé you attach) are delivered to us through our website host, Netlify, which stores form submissions on our behalf. We use this information only to respond to you, to send the updates you asked for, or to consider your application. We keep job applications only as long as needed for recruiting and then delete them. Please don’t send health information or other sensitive personal information through website forms. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
